The service is good. Place is clean and spacious. If the food is less strong taste, it will be better.

Charm is one of the those restaurants that really feels like home. It's a nice and quiet environment with plenty of seating. We found them browsing Yelp and wanted to give them a try because they saw they serve Khao Soi. We have tried multiple Thai restaurants in the past and Khao Soi was slowly become our favorite Thai dishes. Charm seems like a local hidden gem in Duarte. It's along Huntington Drive so it could be easy to miss. The parking lot is in back of the restaurant where there's some housing. The home vibe is a perfect way to describe the restaurant. When we arrived on a weekday night, we were greeted immediately. There were few customers dining at the time. The ambiance is relaxed, intimate and quiet. Good music was playing in the restaurant the whole time. The menu is quiet extensive and has all the traditional Thai cuisine. We decide on the Tom Kha soup with chicken, the Khao Soi with beef, and a side of rice. First bite and first impressions were exceptional. The Tom Kha was light and flavorful. Their Khao Soi was great. The mix of flavors and texture of the egg noodle + the crunchy noodles is why it's a favorite Thai dish of ours. Overall, Charm left us happy after dining here. A great cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I'd recommend Charm to anyone living in Duarte. Thank you, Charm!

Delicious! One of the few Thai places that served Khao Soi. It's my wife's fav Thai dish and she loved it. We also ordered the weeping tiger (ribeye). It was cooked medium rare which also great. Also got the Tom yum fried rice. Another great dish. Will def be back!

Great place to have a delicious lunch! WE were greeted and sat with the quickness. I got the Thai Ice tea to start and ordered the Green Curry lunch special with veggies and it was very satisfying because it has all the good flavors, comes with everything you could want for lunch and at a fair price. All our food came out at the same time and after a reasonable amount of time; everybody enjoyed their grub just the same. Inside was cute and looks to have a live entertainment setup for dinner service. Get it a try!

Charm has the BEST Thai food around. Try the Chef's specials, everything is SO good, especially the Khao Soi Chiang Mai. I also really like their crispy pork. They always have abundant seating and the atmosphere is really nice. All our servers have been very friendly and helpful. I ordered take out once, and they had my order ready to go 5 minutes early. Parking in the back.

First time!! Came with my family! Food- Pad thai: it tasted like... pad thai! Which sounds so "duh", but honestly that is a win for me. Nothing in particular stood out, but it was a solid Pad see ew: solid as well just like ^ Service- We had 2 kiddos with us and that is always an interesting experience, heh, and the service was fun and thoughtful which I really appreciated! Very prompt, friendly, and just overall leaves you feeling wanting to come back Ambiance- Like a thai restaurant as "duh" as that sounds as well. Had bigger booths which was nice for us, but also smaller tables around. Homey vibes Loved it! when we're in the area, we'll definitely come by again

Came here on a quiet Sunday afternoon. They immediately sat me and my brother near the windows which were so prettily decorated with Christmas decor. The Thai coffee was so potent in flavor. Beef Jerky was crunchy and soft, great flavors. I had the Khao Soi for the first time and I loved it! Papaya Salad was fresh and lovely but I also wish it was spicy. Would come back.
